RYA Courses

We Offer RYA Practical Cruising Courses including: Start Yachting (2-day), Competent Crew, Day Skipper and Coastal Skipper (all 5 days). 5-day courses can be completed as a whole or in smaller blocks if you can’t commit to a full week. 3 weekends are ideal for this purpose, as long as you cover the full 5 days, the possibilities are there to suit your needs.

RYA Theory Courses can be run (dependant on demand) including:Day Skipper Shorebased, Coastal Skipper Shorebased, Yachtmaster Offshore Shorebased, First Aid, & VHF (Short Range Certificate). Theory courses are usually 5 days or 3 weekends, with the exception of First Aid & VHF, which are 1-day courses. Please telephone us for further details.

Yachtmaster preparation weeks can be arranged on most 5-day blocks to be followed by the Yachtmaster examination. International Certificate of Competence examinations can be organised on demand.
