Welcome to ICC Salcombe
The ICC Salcombe is nestled in the stunning surroundings of The Salcombe Estuary, one of the most picturesque locations in the South West, offering some of the best sailing in the UK. We are perfectly placed on the water to offer a wide range of activities from our team of fantastic Instructors, who expertly deliver courses and and activities for all ages with skill and patience. Add this to some great kit, good food and a genuinely friendly atmosphere and we're confident you'll have a fantastic time with us - we have all the elements.
Our floating base is ex-Mersey Ferry 'Egremont', permanently moored in the estuary, which provides direct access to tidal waters and is only a short boat ride away from the bustling town of Salcombe. With accommodation for up to 60 guests on board, showers, drying room, bar, galley and complimentary wi-fi, we offer a comfortable and unique stay at a very reasonable cost - not to mention awesome views from the top deck.
An RYA Training Centre, we run RYA Dinghy Sailing Courses from beginner level right up to the coverted RYA Dinghy Instructor Courses, RYA Practical Cruising Courses for all abilities, RYA Powerboat Courses from beginner up to RYA Powerboat Instructor Courses and plenty more - there really is something for everyone.
The ICC Salcombe is a not-for-profit making organisation and was originally formed to provide sailing for all without elitism or the need to buy a boat, an ethos which continues today - Everyone is welcome.
