The ideal week, building on established skills to make the most of the estuary and nearby coast in safety. Developing your boat handling, teamwork, seamanship and confidence in stronger winds and on tidal waters. Passage planning and decision making for small boat cruising, giving you a confident, safe approach to planning and executing a short cruise in a dinghy or keelboat. Including weather, using tides, chartwork and pilotage, you will learn how to get the most out of your boat.
