Egremont is a converted Mersey Ferry moored in a beautiful setting overlooking Salcombe harbour. All our activities are based here with immediate access to boats and the water. The Kingsbridge estuary, together with beaches at North and South Sands and glorious costal walks from Bolberry to Soar Mill Cove creates a wonderful sailing haven and nature reserve. Given our many years of experience, the ICC Activity Centre is ideally situated to make the most of all of it!
Our multi-activity course offers a combination of activities from:
- Dinghy Sailing
- Keelboating
- Windsurfing
- Open Boating (Canadian Canoeing)
- Coastal Walks
- Power Boating
- By request we can also run: Field Studies
Alternatively, we can offer a full sailing programme in order that students may gain a recognised Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Young Sailors Scheme qualification in dinghy sailing.

Preview visits for Teachers and Group Leaders
Each year we offer several preview weekends for teachers and group leaders. Visits are normally free or at a nominal charge. These weekends give group leaders the opportunity to sample our facilities and activities, and also to discuss any possible programmes or ideas they might have. We also welcome day inspection visits for those teachers who may not be able to manage a full weekend. Please phone to discuss specific requirements.
