How to Book

Bookings are taken over the telephone or by email. A chat with our office staff pays dividends. They will confirm availability and advise on choice of course or activity. In addition, supporting them are our teaching staff who are always ready to discuss your choice.

Once you’ve booked, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems or questions – we’re here to help.

Deposit

When you decide on a booking, we can hold it for 7 days pending receipt of your 25% deposit which will secure the booking. Within 7 days we’ll confirm your booking by post with details of any payments made and balances due.

Balance Due

The balance of your payment is due 2 months before your arrival. Thus, bookings made within 2 months of your holiday are payable in full.

Payment Methods

We can accept payment by cheque, major credit & debit card or inter-bank transfer. For non-UK residents, we prefer payment by credit card.

Membership

Everyone sailing with the ICC must be a member. For new members (or those whose membership expired by 1 November 2005) part of the money you pay for your first sail goes towards the cost of your subscription. All existing members will receive a renewal letter when membership expires.

First Timers Discount

Everyone sailing with the ICC must be a member. We welcome new members and for first timers part of the money you pay for your first sail goes towards the cost of your subscription.
